Ent Terrace Asakusa - Tokyo

The Japanese-Style Room was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our family. Its proximity to the metro station and a 7-Eleven. A pancake machine in the dining area was a fun highlight for breakfast. The street noise was occasionally loud, especially from emergency vehicles at night, which disrupted sleep quality. There was a language barrier when seeking assistance at the reception.

the room was big size, spotless and included a safe, tv set, and a microwave oven. the staff where genuinely helpful and extremely helpful and created family atmosphere.

The room I had was a Standard Family Room. Loved the space. It was much bigger than I expected for a place in Tokyo. Enjoyed the private onsen, a real treat after a long day of exploring. The location was spot on. Just a short walk to the Asakusa shopping area and literally steps away from Tawaramachi metro station. I appreciated having my own washer and dryer in the room. It. I did face some noise issues. I could hear conversations from nearby rooms, especially at night, tough to get restful sleep. Check-in signage could be more visible as I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance on arrival.

The family room was family-friendly, very well taken care of. The room had flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a study table. The property was next to a tube station.

Lobby is cramped when busy!!! Noise from above can disrupt your peace easily!!! That lounge chair needs clearer instructions, sliding into a bed while trying to sit is silly!!!

The room provided easy access to amenities like a washer and dryer, perfect for families. I appreciated having a spacious Japanese-style family room while exploring nearby attractions like the Senso-Ji shrine. The convenience of a nearby station made travel around the city simple for my family with children.

Some noise from other guests could be heard at night. Check-in signage was not easy to locate.

Rooms are well-furnished and spacious, allowing for comfort during our long stay. The small kitchen was perfect for managing meals for our kids. It's ideally located near a 7-Eleven for quick snacks. Just a little tight in the lobby when busy but manageable.

I recently stayed for a week at a wonderful hotel while exploring the city with my family. the spacious Japanese-style family room felt more like an apartment, providing ample space for our luggage. the kitchenette was a fantastic addition, and having a washer-dryer combo in the room made our long stay much more convenient. We enjoyed using the private bath for relaxation, and the location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to Senso-ji Temple and surrounded by local shops and dining options. Plus, the proximity to the metro made it easy to navigate.

Can just recommend this hotel.

Totally quiet and clean. Enjoyed the washer/dryer combo. Fitness center was a plus. No smoke anywhere.

Spacious family room with great amenities

The family room was surprisingly large and perfect for the kids, especially since they preferred the bunk beds with stairs over ladders. The separate kitchen and dining area were fantastic for unwinding after our adventures, and having a washer/dryer in-room was a real lifesaver. I did notice some noise from other guests during the night, which could be a bit distracting.

Couldn't recommend more for a day tour

Comfortable room, supportive staff, having a fitness center and very clean toilets were perfect for our short stay, making it easy for us to relax after a day of exploring, with the train station just a step outside the door for our convenience.

Everything was ideal.
